Greetings Brothers, May was a good month on May 13th we passed Brother Adam Hopkins from an Entered Apprentice to a Fellow Craft. May 23rd was had a Family Movie Night, the movie was The Man Who Would Be King, we had a good attendance and I would like to thank Worshipful Sam Willis for his assistance on setting up the projector and sound equipment for the movie.
Mark your calendars, Monday, June 19th we will have an Entered Apprentice Degree, we will be initiating Brother Bill Riffe's son in law, Isaac Eddy into the Craft. Keep in mind this is an off Monday night, we will have refreshments at 6:30pm and the degree at 7:30pm.
On May 29, 30 & 31 S.W. Justin Edwards and myself attended our Grand Lodge in Orlando on Wednesday the 31st I had the honor to see Masonic History in Florida being made Most Worshipful Robert Trump installed as Grand Master of Masons for Florida. Next year will be R.W. Robert Harry that will be two (2) Grand Masters back to back from the same District (The Lucky 13) a first for Florida. Congratulations to Most Worshipful Robert Trump and in closing I would like to thank all of my officers, Worshipful Charlie Wilkinson and all of the Brethren of our Lodge for their support and assistance in the past 6 months.
